Terms of Service
Starter terms for Poetic Design Works. Review before publishing.
Requests are not appointments
Submitting the booking form creates a request. An appointment exists only once the studio confirms the date in writing and the deposit is received.
Appointments
You must present valid government-issued photo ID at your appointment. The artist may decline or stop work if the location is unsafe or unsanitary, or if the client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Artwork
Custom artwork remains the creative property of the artist and may be photographed and shared as portfolio work unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Payments
Deposits, design fees and balances are processed securely through Stripe. Quotes are provided in writing before any payment is requested.
