This is a starter policy for Poetic Design Works and should be reviewed before the site goes live with live payments.
What is collected
Booking requests and contact messages collect your name, email, phone number, tattoo concept, placement, size, service location, budget range, reference images and any notes you choose to share. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored on this site.
How it is used
Your information is used only to plan, quote, schedule and complete your tattoo, and to contact you about your appointment. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Storage and access
Records are stored in a secured database accessible only to the studio owner. Internal notes are kept separate from anything shown publicly.
